IASO’s impressive backup solution based on the superior technology addresses a market need for an effective backup solution. During our business history we have won quite a few awards over the years. Without a doubt, the kick start of IASO has been noticed in our market. Despite the fact that IASO Backup only just started in 2004, it has already received an impressive amount of awards and nominations. Of course we are very proud of this recognition for our effort and entrepreneurship.

On the other hand we take great value to the opinion of our partners and our customer satisfaction when it comes to our product.

Deloitte Technology Fast 50 is an annual announcement of fifty fastest growing technology companies. The Rising Stars sub-category comprises quickly growing young technology companies. Rising Stars companies have to meet a number of criteria, such as yearly revenues of at least €30,000 in each of the last three years (2003–2007); they must develop or manufacture proprietary technologies or spend a significant amount of capital on research & development, and have an ownership structure that excludes majority owned subsidiaries of strategic entities.

Gazelles are dynamic companies, which typically undergo fast growth and expansion, create many jobs and are always one step ahead of the competition. This award is granted to the “2000 most competitive companies in the country and with the strongest turnover increase in 2005 and 2007”. For the fifth time selects Financieel Dagblad the fastest growing companies in the Netherlands. The companies were selected on basis of the data provided by the Chamber of Commerce and the research agency Graydon.

The Channel Awards are the most sought after awards in the industry, recognizing excellence and exceptional performance in terms of company’s product. Each vendor award will recognize the overall contribution that the vendor is making to business development in the channel, in terms of its product range and development, channel and marketing programs, and service and support.
IASO is nominated in the category “Outstanding Product of the Year”.

The Sprout Challenger 50 (2008) is a list of the 50 greatest Challengers in the Netherlands. Each year the audience decides who the top ten Challengers are and then the jury chooses the winner from these ten candidates.

IASO is 21st in the MKB INNOVATION TOP 100

IASO Backup Technology has been selected as one of the Top 100 Most Innovative Companies in the country. The MKB Innovation Top 100 honors innovation, originality and entrepreneurship. The award is in recognition of being among the most innovative companies in the Netherlands. The MKB Innovation Top 100 is a joint initiative of Syntens, the innovation network for entrepreneurs, the business magazine Bizz, and the Dutch Intellectual Property Office (Octrooicentrum).

IASO BACKUP TECHNOLOGY IS A WINNER BENELUX VENTURE FORUM 2009

The 8th edition of the Benelux Venture Forum took place at the International Convention Center (ICC) in Ghent / Belgium. The Forum welcomed European investors from the Cleantech, Life Sciences and ICT sectors who selected the 9 best companies out of the presenting Benelux Venture 50. And IASO is one of the winners.
The Forum is a unique platform promoting a dynamic and professional image of innovative entrepreneurship and venture capital in the Benelux region to the rest of Europe.
The BVF will allow the most promising life sciences, clean technology and information technology entrepreneurs from the Benelux region to meet and present themselves to active international investors and corporations seeking investment and partnerships. Entrepreneurs can pre-arrange 4 individual One2One meetings with presenting companies, investors and corporate partners of their choice.
The Forum plays an active role in the European and Benelux innovation scene. It fosters start-ups and high-tech, high-growth entrepreneurship and it promotes Luxembourg, Belgium and the Netherlands as innovative, attractive and rewarding countries to do business in or to invest in. It creates personal networks and trust between entrepreneurs, researchers and investors and it will again be THE place for networking of high-tech investors and entrepreneurs in the Benelux region.

IASO enters the finals of the Eurecan European Venture Contest 2009

IASO Backup Technology is one of TOP 25 companies that has been selected to present at the upcoming Final of the Eurecan European Venture Contest Barcelona on 14 and 15 December 2009. The 25 finalists where selected from the pool of 102 companies on the basis of the following criteria: the entrepreneur, business potential, team experience, product/technology merit, competitive position, investment or partnering interest and growth.

The Eurecan European Venture Contest 2009 finds, evaluates and awards world-class innovative companies with the potential to dramatically impact their industry and contribute to increasing European competitiveness and growth. It accelerates the growth of young innovative companies by providing access to top-level international partners, advisors and financiers. Supports the global leaders of tomorrow at an early stage by updating the skill set they will need to grow and expand their businesses successfully.
