Herman de Boer – Chairman

Herman is specialised in management advise and works for several companies as a company consultant. He is also the CEO and co-owner of Pinlock / McCoy Holding BV in the Netherlands.

Jos Bourgonje

Jos has been an IT entrepreneur since 1985. He has established, managed and successfully sold multiple organisations, like Impact, Dulcicom, Network Resource Consultants and Company en Centior, since. At his own risk, he has also started the European organisation of Packeteer inc. (Nasdaq: PKTR). In a later stage, he has handed over this business to its American mother company. Jos is co-founder and Managing Partner of Value Creation & Company, a strategic entrepreneurial partner for companies in the ICT market. Jos is also part of several SMB advisory committees.

Pieter van Bodegraven

Pieter can build on an extensive experience in venture capital and private equity. In 2004 he started as an analyst at Main Capital Partners and developed himself as Investment Manager. In the first quarter of 2010 this investment company invested growth capital in IASO Backup, in order to give the pan-European growth strategy a successful start. Besides IASO Pieter takes seat in Sharewire, Visionwaves and Actuera. Pieter got his MBA at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
